Mercury Network 3.0 – September 26, 2013 Update

This update contains improvements throughout Mercury Network and VMP XSites.

New Features:

Filter orders by assigned user
Now, in Order Management, you can filter orders by the assigned user for more efficient management of your pipeline.
New products added to Mercury Network
The products listed below have been added for your convenience, so urge your vendors to update their profiles and add fees, if needed.
- Manufactured Home Investment (FNMA 1004C, 1007, and 216)
- Manufactured Home Investment with Comparable Rent Schedule (FNMA 1004C and 1007)
- Multi-Family Investment (FNMA 1025 and 216)
New permission for Adding/Managing Order Groups
A new permission has been added in User Management to manage particular Order Groups without granting permission to manage the entire Fee Panel.
New VMP XSites feature: Appraisal Quality Index (AQI) added to Status Mapping
In Status Mapping, you can now configure how Appraisal Quality Index (AQI) documents will automatically sync.

Mercury Network – Order Management

Company names will now be updated in automatically created invoices when they're edited.
Rush orders can now be set to filter into the Action Required folder.

Mercury Network – Fee Panel

Order Groups that were once associated with orders but have since been dissociated can now be deleted without issue.

Mercury Network – Notifications

Document Uploaded notifications will no longer be sent to the user that attached the document to an order.
Notifications stating that an order has been edited will no longer be sent to the user who edited the order.

Mercury Network – Preferences

The explanation of Set Default Order Expiration Time in Vendor Selection Settings has been updated to better clarify the feature's functionality.
Weekends and major holidays will now be excluded from the automatic due dates set for orders and invoices.

Mercury Network - VMP XSites

Corrected an issue which caused the bottom section of the left panel in Business Management to not display properly when using Internet Explorer 10.
To prevent the occurrence of accidental charges, the Charge Credit Card button can only be clicked one time until a response is received.

Mercury Network – VMP Client Portal

Weekends and major holidays will now be excluded from the automatic due dates set for orders and invoices.
A red asterisk will no longer display beside the FHA # field in the order form, which indicates that it's required, when USDA is selected as the Loan Type.
Corrected an issue which caused the FHA # field to be required when certain Loan Type options were selected that shouldn't require an FHA number.
Purchase and Refinance have been removed as Loan Type options in the order form.
Grid lines will no longer be visible in Order Management when using Internet Explorer 9 or 10 in Compatibility Mode.

Mercury Network – Appraisal Quality Management (AQM)

High priority rules are now shown first in each index section in the Appraisal Quality Index (AQI) PDF.
QuickList entries will be inserted where your mouse cursor is positioned when used in AQI Commentary or rule comment fields.
Appraisal Quality Index (AQI) documents are now able to be manually synced to the VMP XSite from Mercury Network.
When a rule is triggered multiple times for separate comparables, the responses sent to the client and appraiser will be combined into a single statement.

Mercury Network – DataCourier

A change has been made to prevent the viewing of previously delivered DataCourier files by opening a file via the View Appraisal link in a forwarded DataCourier e-mail, then clicking the Back button.

Release Notes
