Mercury Network 3.0 – May 1, 2014 Update

This update contains improvements throughout Mercury Network and VMP XSites.

New Features:

Internal notes are now available on VMP XSites
Notes can now be manually synced from the XSite to Mercury Network and vice versa as a Note or a Message.
New option for borrowers in SureReceipts
When delivering an appraisal to the borrower through SureReceipts, the borrower will now be prompted to first consent or decline to receive the appraisal in electronic format. This will be written to the audit trail immediately, allowing you to clearly record when the borrower accepted or declined the appraisal in electronic form.
SureReceipts statuses in Status Mapping
With the addition of new consent and decline statuses for appraisal delivery, you can now choose to automatically sync those new statuses to your client.
New Action Required Filters
Mercury Network's built in Action Required filters now allow you to quickly and easily see all orders where the borrower declined the appraisal in electronic format. This allows you to see at a quick glance which appraisals need to be mailed to the borrower.
Easily map property addresses from Order Details
Subject property addresses in Order Details are now clickable links that open a map of the subject property. Now you'll have instant access to bird's eye, aerial, road, and even street side views of any order's subject property at all times.

When the XSite order and Mercury Network order are placed by the same user, the property address will no longer be considered a property match.

Orders filtered into Action Required by statuses not synced to the VMP XSite will now include an explanation in the Action Required event list.

Corrected an issue to allow DataCourier files that were uploaded by or delivered to another user to be sent to the borrower via SureReceipts.

The Billing Statement of Account report, in Business Management, now includes a return address in the report header.
