Mercury Network 3.0— September 2, 2014 Update

This update contains improvements throughout Mercury Network and VMP XSites.

New Feature:

  • Compliance certificate accompanies every appraisal delivered to the borrower with SureReceipts
    When an appraisal report is delivered to the borrower via SureReceipts, the borrower consents to receive the report in an electronic format and then downloads it as a PDF file, a compliance certificate detailing when the borrower consented and downloaded the appraisal will now be attached to the order in Mercury Network automatically so you can document compliance with the new ECOA Valuations Rule and E-Sign Act.

Mercury Network – Order Management

  • QuickLists are now available from the Comments field in orders that have been Conditionally Declined.
  • When using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9 with the Microsoft Silverlight add-on enabled, the Upload documents buttons throughout Mercury Network now work seamlessly again.
  • Commercial appraisal orders with a fee at or above $5000.00 can now be placed without issue.

Mercury Network - VMP XSites

  • When using custom column widths in the Invoices section of Business Management, changing the sort order of the invoices by clicking on a column header will now work properly. 

Mercury Network – VMP Client Portal

  • Multiple documents can now be attached to orders at the time they’re placed.
  • Phone numbers entered in the VMP Client Portal are now required in a standardized format, making them easier to read and preventing invalid contact information from being entered in orders.
  • A new Field Default has been added in Search Options allowing users who can access the Originator field to search orders by it.
  • When using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9 with the Microsoft Silverlight add-on enabled, Upload documents buttons throughout Mercury Network now work properly again.

Mercury Network – Vendor Portal

  • Vendors can now attach their appraiser license and E&O insurance to their Mercury Network profiles from the same screen the information is entered on.   
  • When navigating away from User Management without saving changes, vendors will now be prompted to save updated information.
  • When using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9 with the Microsoft Silverlight add-on enabled, Upload documents buttons throughout Mercury Network now work properly again.
  • Vendors will now be able to see if a license they’ve provided is invalid as soon as it’s entered, as opposed to being notified when trying to save.
  • An order can no longer be Accepted after it’s been Declined or Conditionally Declined if multiple users have it open in the Vendor Portal and one accepts it after the other has declined.
