The best way to create users who can manage appraisal orders as well as be assigned to routing groups is to create the user in the User Management section of your Appraiser XSite. After you've created the user there, they will need to log into Mercury Network using the login information you created. When the user has logged into Mercury Network, their Mercury Network profile will be created, and from there, you'll be able to adjust the permissions and other user-specific settings.
