Appraisal Scope Release Notes

Appraisal Scope Updates — Week 38

This week we released two updates which included the changes below.

  • As mentioned in a previous communique, users will now be logged out of the system automatically after a period of time. The automatic logout time can be configured by the Superadmin, up to one hour.
  • By popular request, we added the Date Added and Added By fields to the DNU List Members report type.
  • The Super Search had a quirk where you could do a search in the Name field, clear the search and then enter a new name by which to search, and the results were incomplete. This has been corrected.
  • In the Client’s profile, under Company Settings, we added a new setting called Years Of Experience. When enabled, you can enter the years of experience required by that client in order to select appraisers to work on their orders. It’s important to note that once enabled, any orders you attempt to assign for that client will only return appraisers whose profile has a number in the Years Of Experience field (found in the Certificate Details section of the appraiser’s profile, towards the bottom of the Details tab).
  • When editing or building reports via the Reports tab, you will now see a Count option in each column configuration (along with Total, Average, Show Time, Round, and Show As Negative), which will show a total count at the bottom of the column.
  • We’ve added several new widgets to the Metrics tab. You can now see a monthly total and averages for Orders Received, Completed, and Invoiced. Also, the turn time heat map now displays in days, rather than hours.
  • Going forward, when an order is marked as Paid, the check number and memo notes will be included in the log entry.
  • We made a change so that regardless how a client profile is configured for ordering RealCondition Reports, Staff users will always have the ability to select either Exterior Only or Interior/Exterior RealCondition reports.
  • Notes entered by a Mercury Network client when resuming an order will now be included in the notifications and log in Appraisal Scope.
