Appraisal Scope Release Notes

Appraisal Scope Updates — Week 40

This week we released two updates which included the changes below.

  • The count of items in the Due queue was not always matching up with the number of items displayed by the various filters within that queue. This has been corrected.
  • The FHA number field will now be displayed, regardless whether the Property Characteristics field is displayed.
  • We have updated/improved the way documents uploaded to the system are stored, so that when a document with a generic name is uploaded, there is no chance it can be confused by the system for the wrong document.
  • As part of our ongoing integration-tightening efforts with Mercury Network, we've made an enhancement. On the Scope side you can already configure it to automatically place orders On Hold when they are not fully paid. Now when orders from Mercury Network come over to Scope without being fully paid, they will be placed On Hold correctly.
  • We also corrected an issue with the Mercury Network integration to ensure that AIR Certs and Email Notification Cert docs pass across correctly.
  • Mercury orders with a failed payment will now have a Notification Log entry added, noting the failed payment.
  • We fixed a bug that was preventing certain turn time calculation reports from running when a County filter was conditionally applied.
