Appraisal Scope Updates — Week 46
This week we released two updates which included the changes below. See the in-product snapshot here.
New Features
- A new section in SETTINGS / EMAILS allows you to see and customize the email templates used to send various emails to staff users.
- You can now include an order's "Additional Comments" in your customized instructions.
- The "Investor" tag is now available within the Instructions template editor.
- You can now sort your list of AMC licenses by expiration date, making it easier to find the ones that are near expiration
- If you receive orders from other AMCs, when a new AMC assigns you an order, staff users will now be notified that a new AMC has been added to their platform as a client company.
Integrations
- When an FNC-originated order is cancelled, the Appraisal Scope order will now also be cancelled.
Maintenance
- When cloning an existing order that is a purchase, the "Purchase Price" field is no longer hidden on the order details.
- The "Payment Disclosure Terms & Conditions" link is now available on the payment form for borrowers.
- When submitting revisions on FHA files for the EAD portal, the correct slot is now used.
- The "Invite Appraiser" button now toggles correctly to indicate if you have previously invited an appraiser to your panel.
- Viewing an appraiser's order history within their profile once again works correctly without needing to choose "Show All" from the drop-down at the top of the Appraisal Scope interface.
