Appraisal Scope Release Notes

Appraisal Scope Updates — January 18, 2018

This week we released two updates which included the changes below. See the in-product snapshot here.

New Features

  • You can set "Allow client users to select AMC" and "Configure available AMCs" at the Branch level.
  • A new setting has been added in Clients>Company Settings called "Notify Staff User if Appraised Value is less than the Purchase price on appraisal".  An accompanying email notification template is provided as well.  With this feature you can proactively look at orders when the uploaded appraisal has a value less than the initially stated Purchase price.
  • Revision codes can now be edited under Settings>Options>Revisions.
  • We've added a View icon next to the name of Additional Documents, which will show you when an appraiser last viewed the additional document.

Bugs

  • Investigated an issue where it was reported that the counts of orders in a queue didn't match the number displayed.  This was related to the speed at which the Dashboard was auto-refreshing, and so we added some optimization for these scenarios.
  • We've addressed an issue in Reports, where adding the condition "Appraisal: Client Fee Changed Date" was not working with the Last Completed Day filter.
  • We have corrected an issue where the emails generated from the client's "Need Help" button are being sent to the wrong Staff users.
  • Made a tweak so that when going to the Appraisals tab and clicking Search without entering any criteria it will show the most recent 200 files.
  • Corrected an issue where clients were not receiving the confirmation notification email that an order had been paid.
  • Corrected an issue that caused the Last Update filter to display a subset or incorrect results.
  • In the Messages queue, when deleting orders in bulk, it was taking the queue a bit to refresh, giving the impression that the queue hadn't updated.  We found that deleting in bulk can create a huge server load, so we made several optimizations to help out.
  • Orders submitted that are placed On Hold for lack of payment will correctly show the Last Update Time.
  • When "Owner Interest" is set to "N/A" on the order form, that is what will be merged in via that tag in Instructions and Email templates, instead of just showing a blank.

Integrations

  • FHA numbers included in Embrace integration orders will now populate correctly.
  • Preferred and Excluded AMCs can now be set via the Client API.
