Appraisal Scope Release Notes

Appraisal Scope Updates — January 23, 2018

This week we released two updates which included the changes below. See the in-product snapshot here.

New Features

  • Hooray!  We've added W9 fields to the report builder.  Under the Appraiser:General report type you can now find Business Name, Classification, Address, City, State,  Zip.
  • The "Preferred AMCs" option set has been added to the Branch level settings, and individual user's profiles can be set to pull from the Branch level for Preferred AMC settings.  The same is true for the "Allow client users to select AMC" and "Configure available AMCs" settings.
  • Client On Report tags have been added to Instructions templates.
  • Address validation on Platinum Data AVM and RCR orders can now be overridden.  This can be turned on and off via Settings>Options>Integrations.
  • When viewing an appraiser's profile, and clicking the Quality, Service, Turn Time, etc link labels, the file numbers considered in calculating the score can now be viewed.

Bugs

  • We squashed a bug that was adding spaces to URLs added to Email Office messages.
  • We squashed another bug that was preventing the automatic ordering of RealViews when the setting to automatically order them was turned on.
  • We fixed an issue where the / and \ characters uploaded in files were causing issues when transmitted to integration partner's platforms.
  • There was an issue where an appraiser would enter their E&O expiration date in their profile, and it would not save, instead giving an error message telling them to select the E&O expiration date.  This happened when the appraiser uploaded a new document but did not change the date.  We changed the system behavior, accordingly.  And scolded it, severely.
  • There were a couple of places in the UI that said "Completion Date" instead of "Estimated Completion Date".  These stragglers have been rounded up.
