Appraisal Scope Update
2/13/2018

Happy Friday Night!

We/I apologize for the late hour at which these are being posted.  It's important that you get the heads up on what will be released next week, and by the stars you shall have it!

Next week is all new features and bug fixes.  However, it's possible that we are going to have an update to the Mercury Network/Appraisal Scope integration released on Tuesday as well, which will allow for modification requests from Mercury to be handled properly in Scope.  That is not discussed in these release notes, however, because as of this writing we're still testing.  That said, here is what will be in next week's update...

New Features

1. You can email the Co-Borrower from the Completion screen.

2. You can now apply a "Last Month To Date" operator in the Report Builder.   Just think of all the things you can now compare!

3. With this release, you'll see a new "Resend Instructions" option next to the Instructions on the Order Details tab.  This will allow you to resend the instructions to the appraiser more easily.

4. You can also now choose to pull the Document Delivery Type options from the Client On Report.  This means if a broker works with two different lenders and each has different delivery requirements, the lender's requirements can now be honored automatically.

5. When assigning an order, you can click the icon at the top right of the search results grid to open the Configure Assignment Fields window.  There's now a new setting there which allows you to see the last appraisers to ACCEPT an order from this client, in addition to those which were ASSIGNED orders from this client.

6. In the Appraisal:General report type, we added a new folder called "Time In Queue".  Within that folder you will find Ready For Review and Revision Received fields.

Bugs

7. Several weeks ago we released a change to the way the Client Sign Up process works.  A bug was found that was causing the lender/wholesaler names entered during the sign up process to not be retained after the profile was created.  No bueno.  Fixed.

8. It was reported that two appraisers with the same name were getting each other's email notifications at certain times.  This has been corrected.  (Nobody calls me Lebowski, you got the wrong guy, I'm the Dude, man.)

9. We fixed a bug that was preventing the Due Date from being ordered on some job types when doing an Add Appraisal Form.

10. There was an issue reported with the way Scope updates the amount to pay appraisers via ACH when the appraiser's fee changes after the order has been completed.  Going forward the correct amount (difference) will be submitted for payment.

11. It was reported that the Investor entered on the order was not appearing in Reports generated in the system. This has been corrected.

12. We also corrected an issue causing an order to appear to be "locked" when one Appraisal Scope customer assigned an order to another Appraisal Scope customer, and then the receiving party put the order On Hold.  Going forward, either side should be able to put the order On Hold, and have it reflect as such on the other side.

13. We had one customer report that the pagination menus at the bottom of the Accounting screens were missing.  We found them, chided them gently for wandering off, and put them back where they belong.

Have a great Friday and a wonderful weekend!  And if you're in a part of the country getting blasted by cold this weekend, just remember, three parts hot chocolate, 1 part peppermint schnapps.
