Appraisal Scope Release Notes

Appraisal Scope Updates — February 6, 2018

This week we released two updates which included the changes below. See the in-product snapshot.

New Features

  • Rejoice!  Appraisers in Guam can now sign up and join your panel.
  • We have added a new tag called "Check #" to the Settings >Emails >Email Templates for Appraiser: Appraiser Statement template.

Bugs

  • An issue was corrected stemming from the release of the Branch level auto assign last week.  The approved panel assigned to specific users was not being honored correctly when the system was set to use the Approved Appraiser list at the Individual level.
  • After submitting a bid, if an appraiser chose to then decline the order, the Decline button was inactive.  This has been corrected.
  • The zip code 73960 in Sherman County, TX was acting wonky when assigning orders in that location.  The wonk has been righted.
  • There was an issue with orders not updating to the Late queue properly.  We tracked down the root cause and corrected this issue.
  • We corrected an issue where an appraiser could submit a bid and have it accepted, but then the appraiser's fee was not showing on the Order Details.
  • In Staff>Review Rule Profiles, the setting to Auto Add New Branches under the Client column was not functioning correctly.  This  has been corrected.
  • We also corrected an issue that caused users to continue to be prompted (or shown an error message) when the setting to require Estimated Completion Date is set to Optional, and the user leaves the ECD field blank.
  • We corrected an issue preventing an appraiser in the great state of South Carolina from being able to add a second license to his or her profile.
  • When we released the Auto Assignment features at the Branch level, the setting for "AMC Selection" was shipped in the Enabled setting.  We have converted that to Disabled for appropriate profiles.

Integrations

  • There was an issue with Sales Contracts uploading correctly into Scope from Encompass which is corrected in this update.
  • We enhanced the QuickBooks integration to be able to better handle the scenario where a payment is synched to QuickBooks, but Scope does not receive a response from QuickBooks, which means that Scope did not receive a reference number.  As a result, Scope would try to sync the payment again, making what appears to be a payment having been synchronized twice.  We have added logic to prevent duplicate entries from being created when a response is not received from QuickBooks.
