Appraisal Scope Updates — April 10, 2018
This week we released two updates which included the changes below.
New Features
- Appraisers who sign up for your Appraiser panel via the Sign Up page on your Appraisal Scope platform will have a note added to their profile indicating that is how they were added.
- Price fields on the order form will now show commas where appropriate.
- Staff email templates now have the County tag.
- The system now supports zip code 86351 in the county of Yavapai, AZ.
Bug Fixes
- Corrected a bug that allowed an email notification to be sent to the wrong appraiser on an order.
- We corrected an issue that displayed Email Office messages sent to the first appraiser on an order, to the second (reassigned) appraiser.
- Corrected an issue preventing an appraiser from being Disabled for a specific user.
- Corrected an issue that caused the EAD settings to be pulled incorrectly from the Client On Report when set to use the Branch level settings.
- Corrected a couple of issues causing the Super Search to work incorrectly, and in one case when searching for orders assigned to a specific Staff user, it was pulling back incorrect orders.
- Going forward, the latest Appraised Value will be displayed in Order Details, regardless whether the value is manually entered or automatically pulled from an uploaded XML file.
Integrations
- Appraisal Scope can now support Mercury Network order assignments that utilize the House Canary integration. (We are now building the House Canary integration into Appraisal Scope as well.)
- Made several improvements to the InHouse integration.
- You can now import appraiser documents into the Appraiser profile, set the background check options, and place notes into the profile via the Admin API.
- The Clear Capital integration now supports receiving CU scores, as well as a correction so that revised appraisals uploaded by AMC vendors will properly transmit to Clear Capital.
