Appraisal Scope Release Notes

Appraisal Scope Updates — May 29, 2018

This week we released two updates which included the changes below. See the in-product snapshot here.

New Features

  1. A new template, "Account application successfully submitted", is now available in SETTINGS / EMAILS.  This template is sent when a new client signs up on your platform.
  2. Options within the "Sign Up & Profile" section of SETTINGS / OPTIONS have been re-arranged for clarity.
  3. The "Add All" and "Remove All" options within appraisal panel management for approved and do-not-use lists have been moved to a more discretionary location to prevent accidentally adding all registered appraisers to a list.
  4. You can now configure which fields appear in the filter list within dashboard views.

Integrations

  1. "Property Type" has been added as an available datapoint for partner's to retrieve via our client API.
  2. Some FNC orders were not being processed into Appraisal Scope correctly due to invalid characters in the order's XML.  We can now account for these characters and the orders process correctly.
  3. Documents are now submitted correctly to the GDMS (eTrac) client when an order is completed.
  4. The FTP Sync integration solution can now connect via the more secure TLS protocol.
  5. When an order is assigned to another AMC as a vendor, the originating AMC's file number is displayed to the vendor AMC for reference.
  6. You can now configure the RealEC integration for a client to require the appraiser to enter an estimated completion date at time of order acceptance.
  7. SSR documents attached to an order in the AMC-to-AMC workflow will now follow visibility and handling rules correctly based on the client-AMC's platform settings.

Bug Fixes

  1. User passwords are no longer displayed to some staff members who were seeing them without configured permissions.
  2. Filtering a report by an appraiser's "Full Name" when building a report works correctly now.
  3. In a few cases you could not assign an order to a ValuePad appraiser.
  4. Duplicate vendor acceptance messages on certain Mercury Network-integrated orders are now suppressed.
  5. Incorrect email notifications sent from RealView have been corrected.
