Appraisal Scope Updates
Week of 6/19/2018

Good morning!

Below are the details for tomorrow's Appraisal Scope update.  The bulk of this update centers on more integrations.  It's kind of funny to note that at one time we had the naive notion that eventually, all the integrations would be done, and there would be no more to add or enhance.  Ha!

New Features

- In the Appraisal Scope-to-Appraisal Scope assignment scenario, the vendor AMC will be able to view the Submitted By information.  The intent is to help the vendor AMC communicate more efficiently with questions and answers.  The assigning Appraial Scope platform will need to go to  Settings>Options>Appraiser Assignment, and enable the new setting called "Share "Ordered For" details with vendor AMC".

Bug Fixes

- Corrected an issue causing the "Bill Me (Bank/Borrower)" option from being visible on Client profiles.

Integrations

- (Tentative) Bi-directional Message flow has been added in the LendingQB integration.

- Document attachments set to be delivered to the client via the LendingQB integration when orders are completed will now flow properly.

- The InHouse integration now correctly works when InHouse sends the "ToBill" event.

- The Mercury Network integration has been updated so that contact information mapped for Realtor/Agent vs Other will populate the order in Appraisal Scope properly.

- When Underwriters submit revisions on orders via the FNC integration, the orders in Scope will now correctly appear in the UW queue in the Dashboard.

- Additional Notification Logging has been added to the platform to support communicating On Hold event failures from the FNC integration.

- Corrected processing for FNC 'cancelled' events to prevent completed orders from being placed 'On Hold' incorrectly.
