Appraisal Scope Release Notes

Appraisal Scope Updates — June 12, 2018

This week we released two updates which included the changes below. See the in-product snapshot here.

Features

  • We have added a Branch ID and Internal User ID to the appropriate sections of the newly revamped Client Sign Up page.  These are Optional fields.
  • A Profile Change Log has been added to Client profiles, so you can see what was changed, when, and by whom.

Bug Fixes

  • The Appraisal Scope AMC-to-AMC workflow has been tweaked to better handle assignment failures.
  • Corrected an issue causing new Staff user creation to fail.
  • Corrected an issue causing client due dates to calculate incorrectly when considering weekends.
  • We modified the way Turn Time is calculated so that TAT can be calculated for every appraisal upload.
  • Corrected an issue when the "Use alternative assignment & Invoice address" is enabled, and simultaneously the "Show the Client to the Appraiser by default" setting is enabled, so that the appraiser will still/always see the Client Displayed On Report.

Integrations

  • We also clarified some of the event-based messages sent used with the FNC integration, to make it more clear as to their intent.
  • In the Mercury Network integration, when an order is moved to On Hold at the time the order is created, Scope will send the On Hold event to Mercury, to reflect that status to the client.
  • Enhanced document delivery has been added to the GDMS integratio.n
  • The RealEC event 144 (Fee Change Request) will now be logged to an order's Notification Log in Appraisal Scope.
  • The RealEC integration can now utilize the 701 and 702 events.
