Appraisal Scope Updates
Week of 7/10/2018

Happy Tuesday!

Today's release contains a variety of items, many having to do with integrations enhancements.  We're also rolling out some cool new features in each of the next three weekly updates, so make sure to keep your eyes peeled later this week for next week's release notes.

Appraisal Scope Initiatives

This update includes a brand-new Jobtype + Loan Type mapping screen for the FNC and Mercury Network integrations.  This will let you create incoming jobtype mappings to your custom Appraisal Scope jobtypes by considering both the incoming product type and incoming loan type together.  For example, you could create a jobtype mapping for product of '1004 – Single Family' with a loan type of 'USDA' and map that to your Appraisal Scope 'USDA 1004 Single Family' jobtype.

By default, this new screen is not enabled.  You will need to visit the jobtype mapping screens within each of these integrations and switch to this new method.  It's important to note that when you do switch, your existing jobtype mappings for that integration will be removed and you will need to immediately create new mappings using the new method.  You should plan to do this during a slow period to minimize any incoming orders having an incorrect jobtype.

Other items that are new include

- A new event-based method for processing 'On Hold' status events from FNC has been introduced.  If your client has chosen to use this method in their FNC account, they will communicate this with you and it can be enabled within that client's Company Settings screen.  You should not enable this for clients that have not specifically requested it.

- Orders received via the FNC integration without a loan type defined will now display as 'Conventional' within Appraisal Scope.

- When an invoice is submitted to RealEC clients, an event ID 680 is now included.

Other Customer Requests

- You can now whitelist an entire domain for email responses from client users on orders.

- RCR messages are now added to the Notification Log.

- Some appraiser license numbers could not be searched in the 'Search All' screen.  A '500 internal server error' is no longer returned for those cases.

- The Accounting Tab's 'Paid' view now can be searched by 'Paid Date'.

- When searching views within the Accounting Tab using a dynamic year range, results are now correctly returned beyond 2017.

- Mercury Payment Processed Messages are now correctly sent to Appraisal Scope AMCs when the payment is processed within Mercury.

Bugs

- RCR orders no longer trigger multiple 'Ready for Review' status updates.

- RCR email notifications no longer read 'OptiVal' in the title.

- RCR report are no longer sent to a client automatically.

- RCR reports are now delivered to the 'Submitted By' user on the order.

- Delivered Certificates trigger correctly hen the borrower delivery delay is enabled.

- In some cases, client invoices were not able to be downloaded or emailed.  This is fixed.

- When processing 'Accepted' updates, the accepted by user no longer shows as 'Undefined'.

- Attempting to search by state in 'Pending Clients' no longer generates an error message.

- A rare case where an order could not be assigned to an AMC has been resolved.
