Appraisal Scope Updates
Week of 9/24/2018

Good Afternoon!

This week's Appraisal Scope update includes some cool new features surrounding the appraiser's profile vacation management, as well as a new method for handling additional comments on orders placed when you're using auto-assign for a client.  Check out the details:

NEW FEATURES:

  • Changes to Appraiser Profiles – We're re-arranged some features for clarity, and enhanced appraiser profiles in the following ways.  When you access an appraiser's profile, you'll see new icons in the upper right corner indicating whether that appraiser is active and/or on vacation.  Clicking those icons will allow you to adjust those values.  You can even set vacation dates to begin and end on future dates in advance now!

In addition, you'll see new Pending Orders and History views added that will show you how many active orders are being worked, and any changes made to their profile.
  • Additional Comment Message Handling – We've added new functionality to allow you to handle additional comments even in cases where you have auto-assign configured.  Now you can process additional comments into your system on a client-by-client basis as messages via the messages queue.  This way, the order can be auto-assigned as usual, and the additional comments either passed to the appraiser or logged as appropriate, without interrupting order flow.  Just choose Send Additional Comments as a Message, and do not show on Order Details in the new option within COMPANY SETTINGS.
  • A new option, Maximum Late Orders, has been added to the auto-assign settings screen.  When selected, any appraiser who has a number of late orders greater than the configured number will not be available for assignment on new orders.

BUGS:

  • An issue where RCR documents were shown as delivered, but in fact were not, has been resolved.
  • An issue where the delivered certificate was not sent at the correctly configured delayed delivery time has been resolved.

As always, we appreciate your continued business and wish you the best.
