Appraisal Scope Updates
Week of 12/17/2018

Season’s Greetings from the Appraisal Scope team.  Today's update has some exciting stuff in it, from important bug fixes to all-new features.  Check it out:

NEW FEATURES:

  • Ability for appraisers and staff users to change an appraiser vendor's default license in their profile.
  • The client user import is improved:
    • Now validates imported entries and generates a file of failures for download
    • Now allows for notifying users and setting their password as temporary during import
  • Orders received from WestVM-integrated clients can now be paid from within Appraisal Scope if the order was not already paid within WestVM's platform.
  • Adding appraisers to an approved or do-not-use list is improved in the following ways:
    • New icons show you which appraiser profile is registered on your platform if multiple appraisers have the same name, or if an appraiser has multiple profiles in one or more states.
    • More detailed address and license information is displayed to make it easier to identify the correct appraiser you wish to add.

BUG FIXES:

  • Appraisers who are on vacation will now automatically come off vacation according to pre-configured duration settings.
  • The Appraiser's "Daily Digest" system now correctly triggers for orders where the appraiser was paid within QuickBooks and that payment was synced into Appraisal Scope.
  • The "# hours" field within the UW tab will not show incorrect information for some orders.
  • The "Notify User" selection drop-down list will now jump to specific entries based on a key pressed while in focus.
  • Appraisers added to an approved or do-not-use list will now show on that list correctly once added.
  • UCDP hard stop overrides can now be pushed to the portal via Appraisal Scope.
  • Orders that fail to submit to the UCDP will no longer show "In Progress", but will instead show "Failed", for clarity.
  • When registering an AMC as a vendor on Appraisal Scope, it is no longer possible to cancel on the last step of the setup process.
  • Orders received from Mercury-integrated clients now correctly come off hold after they are paid within Mercury.

As a reminder, this is our last scheduled update for 2018.  Our offices will be closed for Christmas on Monday, December 24th and Tuesday, December 25th... as well as Monday, December 31st and Tuesday, January 1st 2019.  Our next regularly scheduled update will be 1/8/2019.

Have a great remainder of 2018, and a Happy New Year!
