Appraisal Scope Release Notes

Appraisal Scope Updates — May 8, 2019

New Features

  • In the Dashboard, there is a new icon which lets you know if another admin is currently viewing an order. The icon will also indicate if multiple users are viewing an order, and if you hover over that icon, you'll be able to see which user(s) is viewing the order.

Bug Fixes

  • We've fixed the "Mass Assign" function so that it performs more efficiently and quickly when working with very large client lists.
  • In some cases, an error appeared when editing permissions for brokers, internal users, and mail permissions. This has been resolved.
  • The "Mail Hard Copy" field has been removed from the appraiser's view because they don't use this feature.
  • The description of two email templates for Client users has been changed to clarify the meaning of the settings. What was previously called “Inspection Scheduled Status with setting condition” is now called “Inspection Scheduled (when ECD is hidden from client)”, and the previous “Inspection Completed Status with setting condition” email is now called “Inspection Completed (when ECD is hidden from client)”.
  • The integration with Mercury Network has been updated so that property characteristics entered on the Mercury Network order will now appear in Additional Comments within the Appraisal Scope order.
  • When AMC Preference has been configured for the branch level, it will now properly return the branch level instead of the company level.
  • The performance of the Dashboard has been improved. You’ll now experience faster page-load times, and we’ve removed unnecessary screens while the page loads.
  • For WestVM-integrated orders, you may now initiate a refund on payments made within WestVM's system from within Appraisal Scope.
  • For AMCs using our Admin API, additional request parameters have been added to the /getappraisals endpoint to allow for more targeted data retrieval.
