Appraisal Scope Release Notes

Appraisal Scope Updates — May 22, 2019

Bug Fixes

  • The staff page is now paginated to improve performance for AMCs with large numbers of staff users. When the Staff tab loads, the first 50 users are displayed with navigation buttons at the bottom to move to subsequent pages of users.
  • To streamline the information shown in the Messages queue, for FNC-integrated orders, we’ll no longer log FNC’s status description (the SUBJECT line) for a handful of order statuses.
  • For AMCs and clients accessing utilizing our client API, we’ve fixed an issue with the /GetAppraisals endpoint that was incorrectly returning much more data than it should have been. This improves the performance of this endpoint and narrows the results to only the intended response.
  • If a large number of broker users exist for a client, there were cases where the list was not being displayed in the Permissions screen, which prevented viewing or changing those brokers’ permissions. This has been resolved.
  • In some cases, the check box enabling “Auto Add New Broker” would not remain checked. This has been resolved, so now the “Auto Add New Broker” permission will work as intended.
  • When using the integration with FNC, XML documents attached to the FNC order were being downloaded, but not associated with the Appraisal Scope order. This has been resolved, so XML documents attached to the FNC order will now be accessible in the Appraisal Scope order.
