Appraisal Scope Release Notes

Appraisal Scope Updates — September 4, 2019

  • When downloading appraisal documents, the available files will now be grouped by type (e.g. PDF, XML, JSON) as intended.
  • To avoid confusion for clients, the Search All label in PANELS has been changed to Select a panel type in order to better describe the function of that drop-down menu.
  • For greater ease of use, when adding users, the text links to Add Appraiser and Add Appraiser Apprentice will now appear as buttons.
  • So that appraisers can more easily reference the terms and conditions they previously agreed to for a platform, they’ll now see a new Terms & Conditions section within their profile. The appraiser can use the links in that section to access the specific previous versions they agreed to for reference.

Bug Fixes

  • We fixed an issue which caused the client to receive a message with a download link to a blank page when re-sending documents only to the borrower on an order.
  • There was a problem which sometimes prevented documents from being delivered to the borrower when an order was completed on the Complete and Submit Assignment page. This has been resolved, so the order documents will be delivered as intended.
  • In some cases, the Automatically assign orders section in the Auto-Assign configuration view within a company was not appearing when the checkbox to assign orders automatically to appraisers was checked. This has been resolved.
