Appraisal Scope Release Notes

Appraisal Scope Updates — September 18, 2019

  • Staff email notifications have been added for the WestVM and LendingQB integrations when an order fails to be created successfully in Appraisal Scope.
  • For WestVM-integrated orders, the transaction information including the payer’s name and last four of their credit card number will now appear in the Payment section of the invoice.
  • The Revision Type tags in email templates associated with the revision process now correctly display the correct revision type name, and a new Revision Codes tag is available for inclusion in these templates if desired.

Bug Fixes

  • The turnaround time (TAT) for revisions within the appraiser’s Scorecard has been recalculated to accurately reflect data for all appraisers who have completed assignments since January 1, 2019.
  • Appraisers who access Appraisal Scope via the automatic login link from the emails they receive from Appraisal Scope will now be required to view and accept the End User License Agreement (EULA) if they have not already done so. Previously, logging in via the link in an order notification message allowed an appraiser to bypass this requirement.
  • Any appraiser not currently using a strong password to access Appraisal Scope will now be required to update their password when logging in via the link in an order notification message.
  • Previously, an option for to configure individual appraisers as Eligible for Auto Assign was incorrectly deployed, and was not working correctly. This setting has been removed.
  • We corrected an issue which prevented document visibility options from being correctly applied to documents uploaded by the client or appraiser when in the option for Settings > Options > Documents >Set Additional Document visibility was configured for “Only show additional documents uploaded by the user by default”.
