Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products Release Notes – January 26, 2017 Update

This update contains enhancements in Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products (QVP).

All products:

• We’ve continued to update our design and information to reflect the acquisition of Platinum Data by Mercury Network.

RealView

• Now, if any EAD rule has a hard stop, the RealView Quality score will be set to zero.
• Going forward, EAD rules will only be applied on orders containing FHA loans, because only those loans will be submitted to to the EAD portal.
• All of the logic which powers the EAD rules has been updated for better accuracy.
