February 8, 2018 - "F-Zero" Update

This update contains enhancements in Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products.

RealView

• For the new checklist design, we added an account option that allows All to be set as the default checklist filter. This allows you to view all rules once a RealView is generated, rather than only those needing attention.
• Under Omissions and Guidelines of the Report Card section, you'll now see a message that states "There were no active FEMA Declarations for this area" will be displayed when there were no active disaster declarations.
• The maximum character length for custom disclaimers that can be displayed at the bottom of the Appraisal Review Checklist was increased from 2,000 to 8,000 characters.
• An issue that was preventing the Send button from being displayed within the New Revision Request dialog has been fixed. This only affected the new checklist design.
