February 22, 2018 - "Ghoul Patrol" Update

This update contains enhancements in Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products.

OptiVal/AVMs

• Starting February 23, Black Knight will increase the number of comparables in their SiteXValue AVM Report from 3 comparables to 10. We made styling changes to accommodate the increased comp info.

RealView

• We added a new Cleared filter to the Appraisal Review Checklist section in the new design. When enabled, it will display rules that moved from a state of Action required to Pass.
• We corrected an issue that kept rules from showing properly in the redesigned Checklist Summary.

UCDP

• For UCDP submissions, we now allow 5 minutes for the submission, in order to avoid messages about the process timing out.
