This update contains enhancements in Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products.

RealView

We now support a maximum of 15,000 characters for the custom disclaimer that can be shown at the bottom of the checklist.
We fixed an issue in the new checklist design that prevented rules marked as Pass from showing in the Save to PDF.
In the new checklist design, we addressed an issue with the new Cleared filter that was interfering with other filters as well as the ability to save.
An outdated email address was removed from the Rule Administration page in the sentence pertaining to rule requests.

Rule 1048 (fewer than 3 closed sales within 12 months of the appraisal date) and rule 1092 (the 1004MC is not attached) were misfiring, but that has been addressed.
