May 3, 2018 - "Lemmings" Update

This update contains enhancements in Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products.

New Features

To help prevent duplicate quality control efforts, when you change a rule from Unspecified to either Passed or Actn Req'd in RealView's new checklist design, those dispositions will carry over the next time you run RealView using the same filename. Similarly, if you are still using the original checklist design, Unspecified rules marked as Yes, Action Required or No Action Required will carry over the next time you run RealView using an identical file name. This is an account-level option so please contact us if you prefer not to have this feature enabled.

Users attempting to retrieve their password by clicking the Forgot Password? link will now receive a friendly message if an incorrect username is entered.

The link that allows you to view a previously ordered RealCondition Report on the Place Order page has been fixed, so you can now view the report.

Collateral Expert version 4 and Retro have been retired. Any attempt to order those products through the API will result in an "Unauthorized product requested" message since we now only support version 5.
