Quality and Valuation Products (QVP) Release Notes

May 17, 2018 - "Mortal Kombat" Update

This update contains enhancements in Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products.

New Features

  • QuickLists, a set of tools already very popular in Mercury Network, are now available in RealView. This allows you to set standardized comments and responses to be used within RealView's Appraisal Review Checklist. It will replace the "stips" feature which some of you currently use, but don't worry, the changes will be seamless, plus QuickLists are easier to use than the older stips feature and offer more flexibility. Check out our latest blog post for complete details about what you can expect when using QuickLists.

All Products

  • We added an extra layer of security to FastSwitch, a feature that allows users with multiple accounts to quickly switch from one account to another.

RealView

  • In RealView's revision request dialog, the verbiage "Further guidance can be found in FAQ 136 in the 2016-2017 USPAP." was changed to "Further guidance can be found in FAQ 140 in the 2018-2019 USPAP." in order to align with the newest edition of USPAP.
  • An issue which prevented some disposition changes from being saved in the new checklist design has been addressed.
  • The account product option used for carrying over Unspecified rules marked Passed or Actn Req'd will now be turned on by default, which is the intended setting.
  • Scoring Rule SCA240 was modified to fire correctly on the 1025 and 1004C forms.
  • Custom RealView Summaries were fixed so that the PDF doesn't get cut off.

RealView Bridge

  • The subject property address used by RealView Bridge will now be shown on the Order Details page for new orders.

OptiVal/AVMs

  • Accounts configured to receive a reference number if an OptiVal AVM fails will now correctly receive that information.
