RealView

• Rule 2341 ("The appraisal order form type does not match the form type in the order data.") was fixed in the new checklist design so it only appears when the correct filter is applied.
• The following rules used in RealView were modified based on changes made by
  Fannie Mae:
  • FNMA0104 ("A single entity owns more than 10% of the project units.") was removed.
  • FNMA0106 ("More than 35% of the overall space in the project is commercial use.") had a percentage change from 25% to 35%.

RealView Bridge

• When multiple RealView Bridge orders exist for the same filename, all but the most current order will now be set to read only. Orders set to read only will contain a link to the most recent order.
• When an order has been successfully completed and a user attempts to revisit that order at a later time, the RealView Bridge "Order completion" page will now continue to be shown.
