August 9, 2018 - "Super Mario Kart" Update

This update contains enhancements in Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products.

All Products

• We strengthened the security of form fields across the entire QVP site (PlatData.com) by validating the user input to ensure it's acceptable.

RealView

• Appraiser registry information retrieved from ASC.gov was being stored in a way that affecting RealView's ability to verify appraiser licenses, but that has been fixed and the appraiser verification is now working properly.

OptiVal

• Some OptiVal orders placed within Mercury resulted in a HouseCanary report being delivered with some data missing. We've identified the issue and reports now contain all the appropriate data.

RealOccupancy

• Reports are now being delivered in the correct PDF format, instead of HTML.
