October 18, 2018 - "Xardion" Update

This update contains enhancements in Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products.

New Features

• A new version of RealView Bridge is now available! Lenders can turn on QC rules for their AMCs, requiring rule firings to be addressed prior to the AMC delivering the report. This catches issues early on, saving the lender time during the QC review and reducing revision requests. The new version is currently available through the PlatData API. Here’s how it works:
  1. The lender enables RealView Bridge for their orders.
  2. Once the AMC receives the report, RealView Bridge will run based on the lender’s ruleset.
  3. The AMC will be shown any hard and soft stops.
  4. The AMC can override the stops and enter override comments, or request revisions from the appraiser.
  5. Once all hard stops are addressed (through revisions or overrides), the AMC can deliver the report to the lender.
  6. The lender will see any override comments once a RealView is generated for that report.

• Public records and appraiser registry information is now being retrieved in a new, improved way.
