This update contains enhancements in Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products.

All Products

• To better secure your account, there are now stricter password requirements when changing your password using the User Profile page. It must contain 8 characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number or special character. This change may prevent you from logging into the PlatData.com site. If so, please reset your password by clicking the Forgot Password link in the Log in dialog on the site.  

RealView

• We made more improvements to how appraiser registry information is retrieved, so the data used in RealView will now automatically be refreshed daily.
• We resolved an issue that, in some scenarios, was causing us to charge for multiple RealView orders using the same filename. This allows us to not charge for those duplicates, as well as provide accurate statements.
