This update contains enhancements in Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products.

All Products

• To help you easily contact support when you need it, system errors will now be shown with a user-friendly page which displays contact information for the support team.  

RealCondition Reports

• We addressed an issue that was preventing co-branding from working properly on the RealCondition Report. Now, if you have two logos available on your account, both will be shown on the report. This is commonly used by AMCs who want both their logo and their client’s logo shown.

RealView

• The checklist summary within RealView wasn’t reflecting the proper dispositions in some browsers, but that has been corrected, allowing accurate checklist information to be printed.
• Appraiser registration information shown in RealView is now properly reflecting appraisers with multi-state licenses, allowing you to perform a complete, concise review.

RealView Bridge

• We previously completed development on a new version of RealView Bridge that allows lenders to turn on rules for their AMC, which prevents the AMC from delivering the report until key issues have been corrected. This is currently available via API, and we’ve now finished creating the API documentation to support it.
