This update contains enhancements in Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products.

RealView

• If you're using RealView's Revision Instructions field to provide further context which compliments the rule's original language, this new option will improve your workflow. When enabled, any time a revision instruction has been entered for a rule, both the rule language and revision instructions are shown in the revision request which is sent to the appraiser. This option can be enabled by contacting Client Relations at 1-800-900-4954.

AVMs

• For the SiteXValue AVM, unit information is now shown for the property address listed in the PDF report, allowing you to have an accurate record for audit purposes.
