This update contains enhancements in Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products.

RealView

• We fixed an issue which prevented the My Property Database icons from being displayed. Now, those who use RealView’s data package can use the icons to easily see potential discrepancies between any of the comps in a report.

RealView Bridge

• For greater flexibility when running appraiser-facing rules, we’ve removed a restriction which applied to those who are directly integrated with RealView Bridge. Now, based on your business needs, multiple rule sets can be run when an appraiser delivers their report.

AVMs

• The VeroValue 82 AVM is no longer failing if the confidence score is 82 or higher, allowing it to work as intended.
