March 21, 2019 - "Hydro-Man" Update

This update contains enhancements in Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products.

All Products

  • We improved the way site messages are handled so that we can more easily deliver you news and important information. When a site message is posted, it will be shown above the left navigation menu once you’re logged into your QVP account.

RealView

  • We now ensure the case # in the AppraiserAdditionalIdentifier field of the report XML is 11 characters long (10 numeric and 1 alpha) and has a format of XXX-XXXXXXX, which is the required format per FHA HUD. This will help us better determine when anticipated EAD rules should fire in your RealView report.
