A system issue recently caused the QVP site and some RealView orders to become inaccessible for a short time. Some connections to the database were not closing properly, causing server instability. The problem has been resolved and a fix is in place to avoid future occurrences.

We made improvements to the way appraiser licenses are retrieved from the Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC) database, which has increased efficiency when gathering that license information for RealView’s Appraiser Verification section.
