May 16, 2019 - "Lex Luthor" Update

This update contains enhancements in Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products.

Platform

• We’ve made it easier to check the status of an order by adding an Order Status column to the new Orders page. A status can be Completed (it was successful), Failed (it couldn’t be processed), or Pending (it’s currently being processed).

RealView Bridge

• The FileName is now required on RealView Bridge orders for billing purposes, and this requirement is being enforced in the API. By ensuring we always use the correct file name, we can systematically avoid charging for duplicate orders.

RealView

• We improved the way RealView’s Appraiser Verification section processes appraiser license data from ASC.gov and HUD.gov so we can better handle instances involving incorrectly imported data.
