This update contains enhancements in Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products. See the blog post here.

New Features

  • You now can enter both appraiser-facing and internal comments within each RealView section, providing a more comprehensive audit trail. Appraiser-facing comments are shown in the revision request email for the appraiser, whereas internal comments are only seen by you. RealView’s Save to PDF will include all comments.
  • We’ve reformatted RealView's revision-request email so that revision items are shown in one numbered list, making it clear for the appraiser to know what action they need to take.
