This update contains enhancements in Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products.

It can be difficult reducing QC turn-times when the appraiser delivers reports with unnecessary mistakes. This is why many of you leverage RealView's appraiser-facing rules (a feature we call RealView Bridge), which allows you to stop the appraiser from delivering a report with key issues. Previously, the appraiser had the option to correct the report or override a hard stop and explain why they're leaving the report as-is. Now, your account can be configured to reject the report and require them to correct it. Please contact Client Relations at 1-800-900-4954 if you would like this new approach enabled on your account.

We resolved an issue that prevented you from creating new rulesets or modifying existing ones. You can now continue managing the way rules are used in your QC checklist.
We fixed a rule in RealView's Report Card section that compares the APN in public records to the appraisal, so it's now working as intended.

We enhanced the way the orders queue is processed to ensure messages and statuses are preserved during system upgrades.
