August 13, 2020 - "Questing Beast" Update

This update contains enhancements in Mercury Network's Quality and Valuation Products.

New

  • We added product options to RealView that allow the Public Record Analysis and Alert Summary to be hidden from the full PDF version of the RealView report. This promotes a more efficient review process for those who use the PDF to perform their reviews, but don’t need this information.

Improved

  • We edited rule 1008 to be marked as Pass on forms 2090 and 2095 as it is not applicable to these forms.
  • We added rule 1739 to the Sales Comparison Approach section as the math in the rule is only applicable to that section.

Fixed

  • There was an issue that prevented your ability to hide the Cost section in the HTML and PDF versions of the RealView report. This has been fixed so you can customize the report to increase your team's efficiency.
