Mercury Network - New Feature

To enable more efficient management and monitoring of your appraisal quality-control process, there's a new field in Order Details that lets you assign a QC Reviewer to any order.
- When a QC Reviewer is assigned to an order, that person will receive an automated notification email. For flexibility, you can assign a different QC Reviewer any time. Plus, QC Reviewer will be available in your My Columns list for viewing and reporting purposes.
- If you are using Mercury Network's QC Folders feature, there's even more automation available: When an order enters an In QC status, an automatic notification will be sent to the assigned QC Reviewer. This eliminates the manual task of notifying QC staff when they can start their work on an appraisal.

In some cases, when vendors delivered the completed appraisal in PDF format (instead of MISMO), the appraisal wasn't automatically submitted for analysis by RealView (our automated appraisal-review solution). This has been corrected.

To provide a better experience for borrowers, SureReceipts notifications will now retain line breaks and will be left justified.
In certain scenarios, our system was delivering emails to unintended recipients when a vendor had entered an invalid/incomplete email address in their Additional E-mail addresses user settings. This has been resolved.
