Mercury Network 3.0 - November 21, 2019 Update
This update contains enhancements within Mercury Network. See the blog post here.
Mercury Network - New Features
- For those who use a VMP XSite, we're continuing our initiative to streamline your workflow by consolidating several XSite tasks within the Mercury Network order.
- During order assignment, if a vendor conditionally declines the order and proposes a new fee which you accept, you'll now have the option to sync the updated fee to the XSite order. If you do, the audit trail will display the updated labels as "Original Vendor Fee" and "Proposed Vendor Fee".
- Similarly, if a vendor requests a fee change for an order that's in progress, you'll be able to update the fee on the client's XSite order directly from the Mercury Network order.
- For better transparency, you'll now see the client's and vendor's fees in the Mercury Network order, further reducing the need to open the XSite order to view complete information.
- Based on your feedback, there are three new products which you can enable right now in Mercury Network:
- Condo FHA 203k (1073)
- Multi-Family FHA 203k (FNMA 1025)
- Uniform Residential Appraisal FHA 203k (FNMA 1004)
- These new products support the workflow automations you rely on to stay efficient, such as product-based instructions, comments, documents and client group automations.
- Condo FHA 203k (1073)
- A new type of loan has been included to accommodate your lending program.
- The new loan type is Foreign National or ITIN (Individual Tax Identification Number) and can be selected when an order is being placed for a residential or commercial appraisal.
- As with other loan types, you can streamline your process by setting up automated portal submissions for orders with this type of loan.
Mercury Network - XSite Orders
- We fixed an issue which caused unexpected changes to an order's settings regarding attachment of the completed report to the Pending Quality Review notification.
- When a VMP client user is allowed to select an AMC for an order, there were cases when an incorrect name was being shown as the person who made the original AMC selection.
Mercury Network - Order Management
- Following up to recent improvments to the formatting of SureReceipts notification emails, Reminder notifications will now use the updated formatting for clarity and consistency. In addition, there were instances when the company name was omitted on SureReceipts notifications if the admin user's profile lacked a company name. To resolve this, the company name from the sub user's profile will be used, rather than leaving that field blank.
- When editing an order fee in Mercury Network, we will no longer round the fee to the nearest dollar if cents have been entered.
Mercury Network - RealView
- When a property address contains a slash (as in 123 1/2 Jefferson Drive), RealView Report PDF file names will replace the slash with an underscore. This is because the slash character cannot be used in filenames for many popular operating systems (including Windows) so the slash was causing errors in those PDF files.
Mercury Network - Fee Panel
- We have corrected an issue which omitted bidding orders from the vendor statistics.
Mercury Network - Vendors
- We have fixed an issue where we incorrectly notified the vendor via mobile notification that a fee was decreased when it was in fact increased.
