Mercury Network 3.0 - March 4, 2020 Update

Mercury Network - New Product

• A new product is available to use on any Mercury Network account: HomeStyle Renovation. If you offer this as part of your lending program, you can enable the product so your specific product requirements can be easily communicated with the vendor up front, speeding up turn times by reducing manual communications about the order.

Mercury Network - Bidding

• If you've enabled Require Vendor Agreement in your Fee Panel -> Options, vendors will now be required to accept any new vendor agreement prior to bidding on a residential appraisal order.

Mercury Network - Order Management

• There were cases when a Mercury Network user who lacked permission to access QC Folders were able to access orders in those folders which had been successfully submitted to UCDP or EAD. This has been fixed.
• Following up to work done in previous updates, we corrected instances where the company logo on the Compliance Certificate appeared in an incorrect aspect ratio. These logos will now appear correctly.

Mercury Network - Fee Panel

• When setting a Priority rank for an appraiser or agent in your Appraiser/Agent or AMC/Firm Fee Panel, you may have seen an error which required the page to be refreshed. This has been resolved so you can now assign a Priority rank for your vendors, as intended.
