Mercury Network - VMP XSite Client Security

Email addresses are now required when creating a new VMP XSite client user. This supports the new Forgot password and Forgot username workflows mentioned below.
If a VMP XSite client forgets their password, there is a new workflow to let them securely reset their password. When they click the Forgot password link on the login page, they'll be prompted for their email address. If they enter a valid email address and they have permission to change their password, they'll receive a message with a link which lets them enter a new password. If they don't have permission to change their password, they'll be directed to contact their administrator.
If a VMP XSite client forgets their username, they can click the Forgot username link on the login page. When they do, they'll be prompted for their email address. If they enter a valid address, they'll receive an email which contains their username(s).

There were cases when both a lender and AMC enabled the setting to attach a Compliance Certificate, but the system ignored the lender's setting, so the data from the lender's certificate was not included. This has been resolved.

Based on your feedback, we'll now include low-priority vendors to meet the minimum number of vendors to receive bidding requests based on your settings. This avoids situations when only 1-2 bid requests were sent to vendors because of their priority ranking.

In certain scenarios where Quality/Professionalism ratings were used as assignment criteria, some vendors were being filtered as if they had 0 ratings, even though they had relevant ratings associated with their profile. This has been corrected.
Some vendors appeared in red in the fee panel, which denotes Mercury Network employee records. This has been fixed.

We observed syncing issues when the Other contact information is updated to include an email / phone number, if the user saves and chooses the option to update the MN order, the information is not syncing as intended. This has been fixed.

We have updated our vendor statistics for Accepted orders (both residential and commercial) and Declined commercial orders to include bid orders.

There are two new notifications that can be enabled based on your Client Group settings:
- 1. Revision Needed (By Client) - can be enabled per client group user to receive a notification when a client updates status as Revision Needed.
- 2. Revision Canceled (By Client) - can be enabled per client group user to receive a notification when a client updates order status as Revision Request Canceled.
