Release Notes

Mercury Network 3.0 - May 14, 2020 Update

This update contains enhancements within Mercury Network. See the blog post here.

Mercury Network - Invoices

  • We focused on eliminating issues which, in some scenarios, caused incorrect fees to be shown on automatically generated invoices.
    • When your settings are configured to automatically create and attach an invoice when an order is completed, there were cases when an order that had been conditionally declined displayed an incorrect fee on the invoice. This has been corrected.
    • If you used the recently added Client fee link to edit the client's fee in Mercury Network, there were times when the final invoice showed an incorrect fee. This has been resolved.
    • If an appraiser accepted, then requested modification for an order, there were instances when the final invoice showed an incorrect fee. This has been fixed.
    • To aid our internal tracking of invoice-related issues, we have enhanced the platform's logging for invoice activity. This will help avoid and/or quickly troubleshoot any problems concerning automatically created invoices.

Mercury Network - Order Management

  • When a RealView report PDF and results are attached to an order, they will no longer be visible to an AMC in Business Management, nor to an integrated AMC. This is a follow-up to an issue which was fixed in a previous update.
  • When using the Find tool in Order Management, the Client Group filter will now work as expected to display only orders matching the criteria entered for that filter.
  • When you use your AQM settings to enable automatic submission to RealView for an order that reaches a Revision - Not Requested status, the system was not correctly submitting the report to RealView. This has been corrected.

Mercury Network - Fee Panel

  • To facilitate due-diligence tasks in the Fee Panel, you can now export vendor statistics to a PDF file in addition to an XLS spreadsheet file.

Mercury Network - XSites

  • As part of our ongoing efforts to consolidate tasks and reduce clicks, now, when you delete a client within the XSites Contacts, the client will also be deleted from any Client Group of which they were a member. Previously, you had to delete the client in Mercury Network to delete them from associated Client Groups.

Mercury Network - Documents

  • Vendors and VMP XSite clients can now select a document type of Delivery Certificate when they attach documents to an order. This type of document was already available in Mercury Network and Business Management, so this promotes consistency and accuracy.
