Mercury Network 3.0 - June 10, 2020 Update
This update contains enhancements within Mercury Network. Lenders, see the blog post here to learn how this update affects you; vendors, learn more about this update here.
New Features
-
Appraisers are no longer restricted to a three-state limit in their profile!
Appraisers: to take advantage of this new flexibility, if you've been working around this limitation by using multiple accounts, we can combine those accounts into a single profile. Learn more in the blog post about this change. - When you award a commercial bid, you will now see the status Bid Awarded - Awaiting Acceptance instead of the previous bid status of either Out for bid or Bid window closed. The order will continue to appear in the Open Bid Orders folder as well as the Awaiting Acceptance folder.
Order Management
- Your orders will now load faster in the Completed Orders folder. This was accomplished by optimizing the queries that handle this process.
- There were instances when duplicating a non-residential order caused the form type to be changed to a residential form. This has been corrected.
- When a special character existed in either the property address or the name of the person who created the order, there were cases when notification messages sent via Mercury Mobile were not delivered to the vendor via their device(s). This has been fixed.
VMP XSites
- We recently made a lot of changes to ensure invoices showed the correct fee. However, we realized that when only a modification to a fee is made through the RealEC integration, the invoice was not updating properly. This has been corrected.
- Orders which are past due—whether according to the client's or the vendor's due date—will now appear in the Past Due folder per your settings. This corrects a scenario in which such orders didn't appear in that folder as intended.
