New Features

For your VMP XSite clients who need the Submission Summary Report (SSR) that is returned from FHA's EAD portal, this new feature makes it easy to sync that document to the client's order. The SSR from the EAD portal will be synced to the client along with other order documents when you're accepting the completed order, so it works just like an SSR from the UCDP would.

We completed operational items in preparation for the forthcoming security improvements for clients who log into your VMP XSite portal. This change takes effect on July 21st, and will require your client portal users to log in with a strong password. This requirement will also apply to your clients who place and manage orders using their integrated LOS. Click here for complete details about this important security update.
When a new client was created, the notifications were incorrectly configured. This has been corrected so that the notifications will follow the client's profile settings.
While creating a new client, an error message was displayed after clicking Save and the profile wasn't saved. This has been corrected.
