Mercury Network 3.0 - August 5, 2020 Update

New Features

You now have the ability to control which notifications will be sent to additional recipients for Mercury Network orders. This is accomplished by creating a Mercury Network user (or designating an existing user) whose Managed orders settings will determine which Mercury Network notifications are sent to additional recipients. If you'd like to configure this for your account, please contact your Account Manager or call Client Relations.

As origination volumes continue to increase, we're improving the infrastructure that powers Mercury Network in order to meet and exceed the demands. Here are some of the changes we're making toward this goal:
- Streamlined SQL queries to speed up database communications
- Upgraded Mercury Network's SQL server software
- Increased physical memory available to the platform’s servers
- Will double the platform’s available processing cores this coming weekend (8/8/20)

We've adjusted a couple of items in the Set status drop-down menu to better reflect the way they affect an order. Change due date is now Change vendor due, and Change fee is now Change vendor fee.
When manually sending via SureReceipts, the XSite client's email address will now be automatically populated if it is available within the XSite order. This is intended to save the time needed to open the XSite order to retrieve that information before sending via SureReceipts.
There were cases when a question mark appeared next to Powered by RealView in the audit trail when revisions were requested via RealView. This has been corrected.
We noticed that when a double-blind order was declined and a comment override was requested, the notification was not being sent to the compliance officer as expected. This has been fixed.
