New Features
New column in the Fee Panel prepares for payment-automation features
- As we approach the release of the payment-automation features, we're building tools that will help make sure your vendors are ready to receive payments via direct deposit. Now, in the Fee Panel, there's a column that shows whether that the Vendor accepts direct deposit. Over 5,000 appraisers are ready to receive payments this way, but it's possible some of your appraisers haven't enrolled. Sorting by this column and using the Contact vendor feature provides an easy way to make sure your fee panel appraisers are ready when the new payment automation launches (very soon).
Vendors can opt out of residential bidding
- We've heard from lenders and appraisers about cases when appraisers don't want to receive bid requests for residential orders. With that in mind, there's now an easy way for appraisers to opt out of receiving residential bid requests within their profile. If they do, they'll automatically be ineligible when a residential appraisal order is placed as a bid.
Issue Resolutions
- Email notifications will no longer be sent to appraisers between 11 PM and 8 AM in order to avoid missed notifications and nighttime disturbances. The appraiser's local time will be used to determine the "dark hours" for these notifications.
- Your client will now receive FHA notifications based on the notification settings in the client group, and additional recipients entered by the client will receive notifications based client group setting to receive All or The same notifications as the client.
- You may have seen an error when placing an order for Multi-Family FHA 203k (FNMA 1025). This has been resolved so you can successfully place orders for this product.
